WHEN AND WHERE IS GET LUCKY FESTIVAL?

March 7th and 8th at The Great Saltair in Magna, Utah. The Great Saltair is located at 12408 W Saltair Dr, Magna, UT 84044

WHAT TIME DOES THE EVENT BEGIN AND END?

Get Lucky Festival hours: 7:00 pm – 2:00 am

WILL YOU RELEASE THE SET TIMES BEFORE GET LUCKY?

Yes, set times will be released sometime during the week prior to the event. Set times are subject to change.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR THE EVENT?

Yes, Get Lucky is an 18+ event. No minors are allowed, and valid proof of age is required for entry. Check HERE for acceptable forms of ID.

WHAT CAN I AND CAN’T I BRING INSIDE THE EVENT?

WHAT BAG CAN I BRING?

Get Lucky will adhere to a CLEAR BAG POLICY. Please read what bags are allowed and not allowed HERE.

CAN I BRING MY CAMEL-BAK, HYDRATION PACKS AND EMPTY WATER BOTTLES?

Camel-baks or hydration packs are allowed; they must be less than 3 compartments, they do not have to be clear. Empty water bottles are allowed, they must be plastic. No Metal or Aluminum water bottles. Camel-baks or hydration packs must be empty upon arrival. There will be water refill stations and water for sale.

WHERE CAN I STORE MY ITEMS?

Lockers are available to rent. You can pre-purchase HERE (click tickets and scroll down to the add-on section) or you can rent a locker inside the event.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO ARRIVE?

Beat the rush by arriving much before your first desired set time, especially during peak hours from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?

Get Lucky Festival happens rain or shine! The outside stage will be under a tent.

WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH PARKING?

Parking is $10 per car per day. Parking is limited on festival grounds, carpooling is highly encouraged.

CAN WE PARK A LIMO, RV, CAMPER, SPRINTER VAN IN THE LOT?

No, oversized vehicles are not allowed to park in the parking lot.

CAN I TAILGATE/DRINK/HANGOUT IN THE PARKING LOT?

No. There is absolutely no tailgating/drinking/hanging out in the parking lot.

WILL UBER, LYFT, TAXI CABS PICK UP AT THE VENUE?

Yes. Uber, Lyft, taxi cabs, and other rideshare options will pick up at the venue.

IS THERE CAMPING AT THIS EVENT?

No. RVs or camp trailers are not allowed on the festival grounds or parking lots.

WHERE SHOULD WE BOOK OUR HOTEL?

The Saltair is located just west of Salt Lake City airport. Hotels near the airport are the closest option. Travel packages can be found HERE.

CAN I LEAVE AND COME BACK? OR CAN I GO OUT TO MY CAR AND BACK INSIDE?

There is no re-entry for this event.

HOW DO I BRING MY MEDICAL PRESCRIPTION?

If you need to bring a medical prescription, you can check in with the security manager at the front gates.

CAN I BRING IN A BREAST PUMP AND/OR LEAVE TO PUMP IN MY CAR?

Yes, breast pumps are allowed. For re-entry due to pumping in your car, please coordinate with a security manager upon exiting and returning.

CAN I BRING IN MY VAPE GEAR?

Vapes and vape juice are allowed inside. You can only bring in unopened bottles of vape juice.

CAN I BRING A SIGN OR TOTEM?

Totems are not allowed, including retractable flagpoles. Handheld signs are permitted.

CAN I BRING MY CAMERA?

We do not allow outside cameras inside without prior approval. Fill out the camera pass form HERE to obtain a pass.

I’M A BLOGGER OR PART OF THE MEDIA. CAN I GET A PRESS PASS?

We do not offer media passes. You can bring a camera inside if you complete the camera pass form HERE.

CAN I BE A VENDOR? I WANT TO WORK WITH YOU OR HAVE MY COMPANY AT GET LUCKY.

CAN I WORK OR VOLUNTEER AT GET LUCKY?

CAN I USE MY DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD INSIDE?

Most of the event is cashless. Some vendors may accept cash, but most will accept card only.

I LOST SOMETHING. HELP!

Lost and Found will be open from 7:00 PM until the end of the show each day. Afterward, check our off-site Lost & Found starting at 4:00 PM the Monday after the event. Lost & Found inventory can be found HERE.

DO YOU OFFER ADA ACCOMMODATIONS?

Yes, ADA accommodations will be provided. For more information, please fill out the request form HERE.

CAN I BRING MY SERVICE ANIMAL OR THERAPY DOG?

Service animals are permitted. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not permitted. Service animals must comply with event guidelines, including being housebroken, vaccinated, and under control at all times.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY TICKETS?

No, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on tickets.

DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY TICKET OR CAN I BRING IT ON MY PHONE?

You can print your ticket or bring it on your phone. Ensure the scannable code is downloaded before arriving at the venue.

CAN I RESELL MY TICKET?

We are working with Tixel for safe resale. Visit tixel.com/sell for more information.

WHAT DOES A PRICE TIER MEAN?

Price tiers only differ by cost. Once a tier sells out, the next price becomes available.

CAN I UPGRADE FROM GA TO VIP?

Upgrades are possible via Eventbrite. See instructions HERE.

WHAT IF I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY ONLINE TICKET?

CLEAR BAG POLICY

To ensure a safe and enjoyable festival experience for everyone, V2 Presents enforces a clear bag policy. Each attendee is permitted to bring ONE bag, falling into one of the following approved categories:

  • Clear Bags: Plastic, vinyl, or PVC. Must not exceed 16″ in length, 6″ in width, and 12″ in height.
  • Plastic Storage Bag: Clear, one-gallon, resealable.
  • Small Clutch Purses/Fanny Packs: No larger than 14″ in length and 8″ in height, with or without a handle or strap. These do not need to be clear.
  • Hydration Packs: No more than three compartments. Must not exceed 16″ in length and 12″ in height. These do not need to be clear.

*Please make sure your bag fits within the dimensions listed above. Security staff will measure bags, and if they exceed the permitted dimensions, they will be denied entry.

ALLOWED ITEMS

  • Plastic refillable water bottles (must be empty).
  • Portable phone chargers.
  • Sealed bottles of hand sanitizer.
  • Sealed packs of tobacco items, such as cigarettes or chew.
  • E-cigs, vapes, mechanical mods, extra e-cig batteries, and sealed bottles of E-juice.
  • Polaroid cameras.
  • Earplugs.
  • Hula hoops, including LED hoops, staffs, and flow toys (subject to search).
  • Glow sticks and gloves.
  • Face masks.
  • Flags, banners, or handmade signs (no corporate brands, cannot be attached to poles).
  • EL wire.
  • Mascot costumes.
  • Small blankets.
  • Prescription medications (must show a physician’s prescription and consult with the Security Manager).
  • Narcan and Naloxone (nasal spray only).
  • Chapstick.
  • Travel-sized sunscreen (no aerosols).
  • Bug spray (no aerosols).
  • Small plushies or stuffed animals smaller than a fist.

ITEMS NOT ALLOWED

  • All purses, bags, or containers larger than a small clutch bag that are not clear.
  • Backpacks, briefcases, camera bags, cinch bags, computer bags, and luggage of any kind.
  • Totems and flagpoles (includes retractable poles, inflatables, and balloons).
  • Pacifiers or binkies.
  • Large plushies, lovies, and stuffed animals (smaller than a fist are OK).
  • Native American headdresses.
  • Outside food, drinks, and candy.
  • Alcohol.
  • Weapons of any kind.
  • Illegal substances and/or paraphernalia, including Vicks.
  • Digital cameras of any kind.
  • Professional video/audio recording equipment.
  • Professional still cameras with detachable lenses longer than 2 inches, tripods, or big zooms.
  • Selfie sticks, GoPro cameras, or attachments.
  • Lawn furniture, chairs, tents, or blow-up furniture.
  • Umbrellas.
  • Laser pointers.
  • Glass or metal containers of any kind.
  • Markers, sharpies, paint pens, or spray paint.
  • Promotional items, samples, giveaways, flyers, or stickers.
  • Over-the-counter medication, liquid makeup, or unsealed tampons.
  • Gum.

*Security and staff have discretion to allow or deny items. If an item is denied, it is the attendee’s responsibility to return it to their car or home. The venue is not responsible for any items left behind.
